Weekly brief

Keep it to one screen.

  • Three outcomes
  • Fixed work
  • Fixed personal
  • Deadlines
  • Estimated focus work
  • Energy constraints
  • What will not happen

Use the same idea in two settings

Personal

Plan the whole life, not only paid work.

  • Caregiving
  • Exercise
  • Errands and learning

Business

Protect delivery from meetings and communication.

  • Client work
  • Founder focus
  • Management and sales

Limits

  • Creates ordinary events and recurring series, not provider-specific focus-time event types
  • Not a specialised free-busy optimiser

Copy these prompts

  • “Read my next seven days. Preserve fixed and personal commitments and show genuinely usable focus windows.”
  • “Place my three outcomes, one daily communication batch, and two admin blocks. Leave 20 percent of work time open.”

Common questions

Can Claude optimise my calendar automatically?
It can read events and help create a plan, but it is not a specialised free-busy optimiser or unattended calendar rewriter.
Should personal events count?
Yes. A plan that ignores caregiving, health, travel, or recovery is not realistic.
