Consumer dispute resolution
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The European Commission publishes information about recognised consumer dispute resolution bodies at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German VSBG.
Note that for the purchase transaction itself your counterparty is Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia); consumers resident in the EU may in that case also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
